The new adoption helps in expanding the export of carbonated and still varieties of coconut juices. The new packaging offers distinct shelf presentation and also meets international regulatory needs.

The newly adopted line features Sidel’s Aseptic Combi Predis technology. The per-hour processing speed of this technology is 45000 bottles. The new system features blow moulding, capping, preform sterilization, and filling. Predis maintains standards of food safety by lowering chemical and water consumption.
The Sidel company produced a new bottle design that improves shelf presence and market impact. The Aspetic PET line also features Evo-ON performance technology that optimizes and monitors production. In a single line new adopted PET line processes non-carbonated and carbonated products.
The Aseptic Combi Predis helps in lowering training burden, operational simplicity, and limiting downtime. The collaboration complied with US FDA requirements. The 90% manufacturing of the new line is developed for international markets.
